David is a Junior Research Fellow at the Development Policy Research Unit, and a PhD student at Stellenbosch University. His research focuses on how international capital flows and the exchange rate impacts financial stability. David graduated with his Masters and Honours degrees cum laude from Nelson Mandela University. Additionally, he holds an honours degree in applied mathematics and has previously worked as a lecturer of quantitative thinking and techniques at Rosebank College.
