Zimbali Mncube is the Tax and Budget Policy Researcher at the IEJ. He is passionate about social and economic justice. Zimbali has extensive experience in the NGO sector. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours in International Relations) and a Masters in Development Studies from Wits University. He is currently working on the Budget and Tax Justice project, which aligns with his interest in a more developmental and human rights-based macroeconomic policy framework to advance socio-economic rights.
